Consumer - You present and have PDA calls with your field trainer after every presentation for the first 20 days. These sales are simple and are the key to immediate income and promotions! Present to everyone you care about asap!

Business - You set appointments and your field trainer presents for the first 20 days. This is how you earn while you learn and grow exponentially. See the coaching model below for your business development plan for weeks 1-3.

Use the Consumer Folder to show how our services are not only relevant, beneficial and affordable but also conveniently accessed. This tool serves as a presentation and leave-behind for ALL markets from the consumer, to the HR director, decision maker and business owner. It is also used for employee enrollments, recruiting new associates, independent agents, brokers and associations. One tool for every sales division!

R3 REFERRAL SYSTEM
Ask for three referrals after every presentation using the R3 Form with the R3 system! Multiply your opportunities with these three questions:

Tell me: Field trainer tells you how to set appointments and track your success

Show Me: Your field trainer does the presentations for all of the appointments you set. Your goal is to set up a minimum of 1-3 business presentations per day. This is our "earn while you learn" program!

Let Me: You and your field trainer will do presentations together. You take what you learned your first week in the "show me" stage and begin to apply it personally. Again, the more presentations the better! Because you do not have a large client base yet, a minimum of 1-3 presentations a day in your first few months is expected.

Grow Me: You do the whole presentation and get coaching on how to get even better. As YOU get better, your income will get BIGGER!
